The Shaftmaster® remains the most powerful drive shaft manufacturing and repair machine in the industry. It’s capable of handling driveshafts from the 1000 series to the 1950 series Spicer®. The rugged fifteen ton hydraulic ram press provides a tight and true press fit for precision alignment. The Shaftmaster’s® powerful 5 horsepower AC motor provides the necessary torque to spin shafts at road speeds. This same power is used to electronically brake the shaft at adjustable or pre-programmed deceleration speeds. A digital tachometer provides the operator with accurate RPM indication. The Shaftmaster’s® advanced electronics never require calibration and they are designed to provide years of exceptional operation.
